Luxury Jewelry Client Advisor
Hirshleifers is seeking an experienced Luxury Fine Jewelry Client Advisor to join our luxury sales team. This role is ideal for a polished, client-centric professional who is deeply passionate about the fine jewelry business, highly attuned to industry and fashion trends, and excels at cultivating long-term client relationships through elevated service and strategic clienteling.

As a Luxury Fine Jewelry Client Advisor, you will serve as a trusted authority and style partner to a discerning clientele. You will combine deep product knowledge, trend awareness, and emotional intelligence to guide clients through meaningful purchases while delivering a highly personalized, relationship-driven luxury experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch luxury shopping experience rooted in trust, expertise, and style
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of fine jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, and current jewelry trends
- Confidently assist clients with significant, milestone, and investment purchases
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships through proven clienteling strategies, thoughtful follow-up, and outreach
- Anticipate client needs and preferences to create repeat business and brand loyalty
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while upholding Hirshleifers’ service standards
- Maintain impeccable presentation of jewelry displays and selling areas
- Accurately process sales transactions, special orders, repairs, and related documentation
- Adhere to all security, inventory, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of fine jewelry sales experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong passion for the jewelry business with a pulse on industry, fashion, and luxury trends
- Demonstrated success in clienteling, relationship building, and repeat‑client development
- Extensive knowledge of diamonds and fine jewelry; GIA education a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
