As a Counter Associate, you’re the vibe. You’re the smile at the door, the creativity behind every swirl, and the reason customers keep coming back. No boring shifts here just great energy, great people, and seriously good treats.

What you'll be doing:

• Making every guest feel welcome—first‑timers and regulars alike
• Building our iconic desserts that look just as good as they taste
• Learning and mastering our signature swirl (yes, it’s a thing 😌)
• Keeping the space clean, stocked, and ready between customers
• Helping track inventory and letting the team know when we’re running low
• Staying in the loop on new drops, collabs, and brand moments
• Following food safety and store guidelines (we’ll train you!)

What you need:

• At least 1 year of food service experience
• Customer‑facing experience is a plus (retail, café, anything people‑focused)
• Cash handling experience? Nice but not required, we'll train
• Ability to stay on your feet, move around, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear communication and a team‑first mindset
